At Brooks Care, we carefully select our carers based on their skills, empathy, and commitment to providing exceptional care. Our rigorous recruitment process includes comprehensive interviews, DBS checks, and references. New carers undergo shadow shifts, extensive training, and mentoring by senior staff, ensuring they’re fully prepared.

We encourage our carers to further their expertise through qualifications in Health and Social Care, with many pursuing diplomas or specialised training in areas like dementia and end-of-life care. With a strong retention rate, some of our team have been with us since our founding in 2008. We deeply value our carers and recognise their contributions with initiatives like Carer of the Month and Long service awards. Each carer is an integral part of our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
